Boat as described, comfortable and well maintained overall. Our experience was good until the boat was returned. The person who was in charge of returning the boat was different from the one who left and wanted to do the return inventory without us present. When we went to reception to get our deposit back, we were told that new scratches had been noticed on the front of the boat. Obviously, we were not the cause of these scratches and when we did the departure inventory, which was very quick, we had absolutely no way of seeing the front; we were on the boat and the nose of the boat very close to the dock. We had to return to the boat to call the person who did the departure inventory to contradict the agent who indicated that we had damaged the boat. It's a real shame that the experience ended on a sour note because even though we were finally able to get our deposit back, we won't be returning to this rental company because we didn't appreciate the accusations that were made and the way they were handled. The departure inventory should be better done (much more thoroughly), and the return inventory should be done in the presence of the customers and, if possible, with the same agent as at departure.
