The day went very well overall. The contract / taking charge of the boat by Gildas was perfect for the departure and return. On the other hand, the reception in the shop and by email was very disappointing following a misunderstanding about the departure time not before 10:00 a.m. ... versus 9:00 a.m. when we made the reservation on Click&Boat (note: Nautiloc contract clearly mentions 10:00 a.m. after the fact) Photo not consistent with the boat rented (boat which was very good otherwise) Non-functional water shower decided by the owner following damage with other tenants: discovered when taking charge of the boat. For this category of boat it is a bit harsh to learn this at the last moment. Thanks again to Gildas who was very nice and professional which was not the case for the rest of the staff in the store and behind the booking platform. The only rental agency in Crouesty to start at 10:00. For late risers... it's good! For the others, be careful...
