We were extremely disappointed with the service we received. There were 8 of us, but we were given a 6-person boat, with a lot of reprimands, although it was later accepted and this created problems for us. Furthermore, the booked boat was not available and we were given a personal boat in terrible conditions, dirty and battered. To make matters worse, we were asked to lie to the police about the situation. An experience not to be repeated!
