We have just enjoyed a week on the Golden Glory, a magnificently restored gulet, sailing from Bodrum along the rugged and beautiful Turkish coastline. We stopped when we wanted, left when we wanted, swam, snorkeled, lazed, snoozed, danced, ate, drank. The food was incredible - three meals a day, fresh fish, delicious salads, a big variety of dishes that had everyone looking forward to the next meal. What a treat to be looked after by such an attentive crew who knew just what we needed at all times. A massive shout out to the Golden yachting team, especially Esat who made sure all our questions were answered with patience throughout. Our skipper Can who made sure we made it safely to each gorgeous new bay. Effe, the intern who worked so hard behind the scenes. And Vulcan our esteemed host who was there when we needed him and answered our myriad questions with aplomb. And last but not least our chef who worked wonders to feed our hungry bunch three times a day. You all made our holiday everything we could have wished for and more 🩵💙🩵
