Planned a boat trip to propose to my fiancée. Attended the harbour as planned and wasn’t met by anyone and the boat no where to be seen. They didn’t answer their phones or messages. It made what was meant to be a lovely celebration an absolute nightmare. It took me speaking to the harbour master to discover the company this person was running had been sold. New company provided a boat, not as described and a completely different boat. When I contacted the “new” company owner, extremely rude and abrupt. No communication, no cancellation. Just left in the lurch by this company. It was absolutely atrocious service and I won’t be using Click&Boat or this person ever again. Avoid using this service at all costs.

Great boat and really great staff. The boat is a little under powered/slow for certain situations but overall it is an excellent service. The ropes on the anchor and chain were in great condition, if you've rented boats before then you know that a clear sign of staff who look after their boats is if the anchor chain and ropes are well looked after and not tangled or frayed.
