Luca was professional. He gave us instructions how to reach him as well as tips for the grocery store for the boat food. We enjoyed time on the boat and would rent again from Luca!

Luca was late to meeting us. Nicely, he offered for us to keep the boat another 30minutes for being 30mins late. The boat however, was not great for the cost. The throttle would get stuck and was frustrating to drive. When gaining speed at all the canopy frame would fall off because it was taped with duct tape from falling apart. The pillows were very dirty. Would recommend fixing the frame of the boat that holds the canopy and fixing the throttle before renting this out again.

Luca was brilliant, clear and quick communication and his English was excellent! The boat was clean and well presented, very easy to drive. We had the best day on board!

Luca's awesome and gave great instructions before sending us on our way. The boat was just as described and we had an awesome day with it.

Weather was really bad when we were shown the boat and was sent out anyway! within in an hour it was white caps and large swells. We came back after less than two hours. We were told we could have another day at no charge. We did not feel comfortable going out again. We were hoping for a 50% discount only to be told we didn’t buy bad weather insurance! Francesco was very accommodating. Shame on Click&Boat. Never will I use them again. Beware!!

10/10 would recommend. We have been travelling Europe for about 1 month now and this was one of our favourite days! Frank who helped us on the day was very clear in his directions, as well as giving us plenty of tips of where to go. We took plenty of food and drinks with us and spent the whole day swimming, eating, snorkelling, tanning, swimming, eating! If you are on the fence about it like I was before I booked, do it! You won’t regret it. He also was able to drop us home, and gave plenty of tips of where we should go that evening for dinner.

One of the best days of my life! The boat was amazing and our skipper Thomas was incredible. He made our experience special and provided us with so much cool history about the island. He showed us the best spots in the area and took us to the most magical sunset view. Can’t say enough great things about the tour. I highly recommend the tour to anyone looking for a boat tour!

Had a great afternoon out on the boat. Took it out after Luca ran through a few things about the boat, the area and the best places to see along the way. Really made our day, Luca was very attentive and the whole experience was perfect, even saw a pod of dolphins as we came out of the dock. Would 100% recommend this boat rental service if you’re in the area!

I didn’t have a good experience with the people working there, the communication/explanations weren’t the best, I didn’t even speak to Luca in person (who was the guy I spoke to through the app the whole time)… we had a small “accident” and the “insurance” that the app supposedly gave you turned out not to exist and for doing a small damage to the propeller and the lower area of the “boat” they charged me a huge amount which was impossible to negotiate and paying in advance for a repair that I didn’t know exactly what it was going to be because they wrote it down to me on a piece of paper… I had to believe what the “mechanic” supposedly told him on the phone and what I half understood in Italian of course… As for the condition of the boat and everything great, but if anything happens to you with them, prepare your wallet because the repair is going to be expensive… Not to mention that they changed the boat the afternoon before for this other one that also didn’t have the same price as the previous one and it was already strange to me that I could cancel the reservation that was fully paid but oh well…

Just to know - if you don't ask for the cooler, there is none on board (I understood from the description that it was there, even without asking). I recommend with my eyes closed!!

Everything you need was on the boat, we had a very nice day. It's just a pity that communication did not go well. When we entered, we were not clearly told what speed to use and as a result the boat hit the edge, causing a scratch. We then had to pay €250 for this scratch. We have no experience with boats, so better communication would have been nice. So be careful otherwise it will cost you dearly and the people will not be so friendly anymore

We received good instructions and had a few relaxing hours on the boat and were able to discover Cagliari from a different perspective. We can only recommend it.

He gave us updates on the weather and recommended routes; that was very helpful for us. As a local, he even gave us a few tips about the flamingos and the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Great day on the boat (07/19) . Excellent treatment from Francisco who gave us all the instructions and facilities to be able to use the boat despite us being beginners. Very friendly and professional throughout the day. The boat had solariums, an awning to cover the sun and snorkelling equipment, as well as being very clean and tidy. We will repeat on our next visit to the city.
