Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this renter. He was very unfriendly and we gained the impression of a sullen man that seriously hates his job. The boat itself was unacceptably grubby and not cleaned or sanitized at all. The stowage boxes where wet and musty, so we had no place to keep our baggage safe and dry. On top of all that, he beforehand offered us to take four hours instead of the eight hours, that we already paid for. As we returned to the harbor, he refused to return a dime and lamented over how services like Click&Boat would ruin his business.

Very happy with the treatment, Jose assisted us, and he told us very clearly how it worked and the journey we could take. Very kind and close to us. The boat was very easy to handle and suitable for the 4 people that we were. We will repeat without a doubt.
