Gianni was great at communicating and gave me exactly what we agreed to!!! The only complaint I have is the boat helper barely spoke English but with some patience and effort I began to understand the ways of the boat and area. The boat was as described and had what we needed to enjoy a gorgeous time in this beautiful area. Gianni was very fair, as I broke the propeller of the boat and he charged me $100 euro which was very fair, as I have taken boats in other areas and they can charge up to $300 euro for a broken propeller!!! We had such a brilliant day out on the boat, Gianni made the whole process so simple and enjoyable. The boat was in fantastic condition and everything easy to use so it made for a relaxed day. Gianni gave some great advice on where we could go, and he was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. At the top. Despite the strong wind that prevented us from going where we wanted, we had a great day. A little expensive, but prices are the same everywhere in Sardinia. And it's much more "family-friendly" than other places. The little port where we boarded the boat is very charming.
I would give communication 7 out of 5 stars if I could. Mario's training was a dream. From deckhand to captain in just a few minutes. I'd be happy to come back anytime.
