Motorboat Kelt Fishlander 90hp
Hello everyone, I'm offering my Kelt Fishlander 530 for charter, equipped for 6 adults and equipped with a 90 hp Evinrude Ocean PRO 2-stroke engine. Delivered to the canal bridge in Maubuisson, ready for cruising on Lake Carcans-Hourtin. I can also be your captain for a full or half-day upon request, depending on my availability. In this case, you can be a maximum of 5 people. I'm sure you'll enjoy sailing this boat as much as I did. It's very easy to use and perfectly suited to two couples or a couple with three children. There are some beautiful, wild places to discover on this largest lake in France, and I'll be happy to recommend all the little corners of paradise I've discovered. On board, you can dine for five people around a removable table and enjoy water sports (just let me know by message so I can prepare everything as best as possible). All water sports equipment (wakeboard, bi-ski, mono-ski, and tube) is available for rental (€10 per day, payable to me at the end of the day; this cannot be selected on the website). Regarding fuel costs, you should allow 17 l/h in eco mode, which I charge at €2/l. No maintenance of the boat, the engine broke down after 15 minutes, we had to organize ourselves, 2 rowed, 2 pushed the boat while swimming, finally a fisherman towed us, a failed trip, we are asking for a refund
A very friendly welcome from the owner, who gives good advice on the best spots on the water. The boat is pleasant to drive, but its state of maintenance is clearly insufficient: a strong smell of gasoline emanates from the engine, which is quite unpleasant, and the towed buoy doesn't stay inflated for more than five minutes. I recommend the place and the owner, but the boat and buoy require serious maintenance to ensure a better experience.
François gave us a great explanation of the boat and great advice about the lake. The boat is in good condition for its age and runs perfectly. We had a great day on the water. Highly recommended.

François is very friendly. On the other hand, this does not compensate for the more than degraded state of the boat. Very strong smell of gasoline. Possible leak? Fuel gauge broken, you have to lift the cockpit to visually check the level with a stick. Not very practical and not very reassuring when you want to monitor your consumption on an outing to return safely to port. Oil leak hence the Low Level indicator and a very unpleasant beep. Lack of cushions to consider the sunbathing as such. An inflator to be clamped on the battery terminals with cables tinkered and stripped in places. Missing the orange flame for towed sports. Life jacket repaired with tape!! . In short, we had a great time. But big downside on the safety aspects. The reasonable price does not forgive everything. Too many DIY jobs done with unsuitable means.

We had a pleasant day although slightly rainy! The boat was in line with our expectations and is very pleasant to drive. We were able to try water skiing ? and land on deserted beaches. In summary, the boat is not very new and it shows but the quality-price ratio is very good and it consumes little And thank you to François for his kindness

Second time we rent the boat and we had no disappointment, the boat is starting to show some signs of age but everything is functional, François is rather accommodating with pleasant communication. We had a great day and a big plus for the towed buoy! Thank you and see you soon!

Boat sufficient for cruising on the lake
We had a great day. The owner is very friendly. Easy to maneuver boat. Well equipped for strolling in the sun or eating under the canvas. Also enjoy the water sports. Towed buoy for us. I recommend, to do again.

The rented buoy is punctured and already repaired several times and leaks. 5 or 6 re-inflations during the day with an inflator to be pinched on the battery terminals with cables re-tinkered and stripped in places. Missing the orange flame for towed sports. A vest for towed sports needs to be replaced. Peripheral protection seal of the boat to be replaced regularly because it falls off. The various attachment bars of the boat are becoming loose. In short, we had a great time, and the children are delighted with their day. But big downside on the security aspects. The reasonable price does not forgive everything. Too many DIY projects done with unsuitable means. It is certain that my comment will not please and I am sorry. But sometimes an objective external opinion is necessary for a reassessment.

Very nice boat to go around the lake. Simple, practical. And to top it off, François is really nice.
Boat that works very well. Appearance a little aged but it moves quickly thanks to the 90CV. Perfect for walking and accessing the small beaches on the west shore. We were just disappointed that the buoy to pull was pierced and therefore unusable. Friendly welcome.

Boat as described. François took the time to take the boat for a ride together to get started. He gave very good advice on corners or beachers and the boat is suitable for practicing water sports for those who are interested. To book without fear.
Friendly owner but the quality and condition of the boat and accessories leave something to be desired. Wake board half usable, life jackets moldy and in insufficient quantity, lack of fuel gauge (system D using pieces of wood), hawsers more than questionable and absence of anchor... in short, we had a good day , but the little peace of mind with the children. In the end, with fuel, the accessories that were finally little used (wake board with only one tight foot and no vest worthy of the name), and the punctured buoy, we got away with it for 370€, seriously it's not worth this price there...

Good day of rental thanks to the boat of François, punctual and pleasant. The boat deserves repairs to be efficient but in no way prevents the discovery of the lake. Consumption of the day: +/- 20L/hour at €1.60 to add.
Nice walk on the lake. For information, approximately 45L for 3h30 of navigation excluding breaks. Good value for money. I agree with the previous comments on the cushions which would provide better comfort
