We rented a boat for a day in August 2021. Unfortunately this one had an engine problem shortly after we left. Jonathan was very responsive and offered us another boat, of a lower category, in order to prevent our day from falling completely into the water. Despite everything, we were a little disappointed to switch from a whiteshark to a much less comfortable boat... As a result, Jonathan was more of a salesman and offered to reschedule a day out of season for free (excluding petrol, of course) in order to to be able to take advantage of the boat chosen initially as compensation. We agreed on the date orally, thanking him for this gesture. The new date approaching, I contacted him again but there was no longer any question of a day or even a half-day offered. He simply offered us a new rental. We therefore stopped our exchanges. We were very disappointed to pay a certain price and to have an inferior service, without compensation or reimbursement. Jonathan is very nice, but you shouldn't have any problems because he doesn't keep his word.

Top day. Boat as advertised. The owner guides you on the different possible routes. No complaints

Very good advice, very friendly, Jonathan proactively warned us of the weather in order to adjust our schedule as well as possible. 5 star service for sure, I would come back any season!! At the boat level, nickel maintenance, everything is perfectly operational and in perfect condition.

Comfortable boat (we were 8 adults) with all the elements allowing good navigation. Bad luck, the depth sounder was out of order, but that wasn't a problem for us. This boat allowed us to discover the surroundings of Carnon. The addition of the wakeboard and the towed buoy allowed us to take full advantage of this experience. Jonathan's explanations were clear and simple. I recommend.
