Giuseppe’s boat was fantastic! What a wonderful day we had yesterday viewing the beautiful Scopello and Nature preserve coastline, having lunch in San Vito lo Capo and returning back to Castellmare del Golfo. Guiseppe’s level of service was excellent- from beginning of confirmation till the return of boat. We appreciated the helpful pre-boarding instructional period, his easy and cordial manner. Very easy check in and out. Boat was perfect for the purpose of snorkeling along the coast line that are only accessible by boat.

The host was good, but the boat didn't have the Bluetooth speaker and sweet water shower as mentioned in the description. Overall it was an amazing experience and the boat worked well.

Booked ~11:00 am, app gave us wrong location, called 1-2 hrs later to explain what happened and have never got a refund. I contacted Click&Boat who assured me that there is no possibility that the location on the app is different since it is the same as defined by the contract. And as you will be able to see from the contract the port is Castellamare del Golfo. 2. You called to cancel the reservation 2 hours after the booking began so, according to Click&Boat's policies you would not be refunded since the boat was ready for you and many expenses were incurred. However, in this case, you also received a partial refund. 3. Click&Boat suggests that you take out several insurances. These insurances are explained in detail as well as their scopes. Having taken out insurance for cancellation in case of illness, if this case did not occur, the insurance does not apply. I would also like to point out that the insurance is taken out between the customer and Click&Boat for which the owner is not responsible in the least.

Good price and quality of boat, had a lovely afternoon exploring the local coast line of Sicily. The only negative was, we weren't made aware that the used fuel was to be paid on top of the quoted price, once the boat was returned, in cash. Bit embarrassing as I didn’t have any cash on me, so was marched to a local cash point in town. Other than that, all good and would recommend, just make sure you have about €50 in cash with you.

The day before the boat trip, Giuseppe from Onda Blue Rent sent us a WhatsApp message with directions to their location. On the day itself, we received a warm welcome, and after some paperwork, the boat was sailed out. After a brief explanation of the boat, the operation of its main components, and the best places to go, we had a wonderful day. Upon our return, Giuseppe was already waiting for us at the correct jetty to facilitate mooring. The boat was quickly inspected for damage and the fuel level was checked. Besides enjoying a wonderful boat trip, the service Giuseppe provided made the day complete.

It was a great experience and it is definitely worth booking a boat with Giuseppe. The team is very friendly and gives great tips. The sea can be a bit rougher in the afternoon, so inexperienced drivers should be aware of this and be careful. There are some very beautiful bays to navigate by boat and it is easy to moor.
