To start, the communication was amazing and the initial safety briefing was well detailed, we all felt very well looked after. The boat itself was perfect for the 6 of us and perfectly clean and well-kept. There was a cool box on board too, I’d recommend taking ice to keep it cool. We stopped at some amazing places around Chania and had a great chilled day at sea. The company tracks the boat throughout the day to ensure you’re safe which was good to know. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a super good experience with the boat rental staff. Everything was explained very well. It was a fun experience. Definitely highly recommended!

Really disappointed with this. Did NOT brief us properly, the anchor wasn’t properly attached to boat, but luckily there was a ‘spare anchor’ which I’d never seen when renting a boat before which makes me feel like this was set up. They then forced us to pay €60 for the anchor that they had not properly attached/briefed us about. It is ridiculous especially as this is targeted towards people without a boat license and they assumed we’d be able to tell how the anchor should be attached. They were then rude and kept changing the price of fuel which also felt dodgy. Very disappointed especially as we didn’t get to swim much at all due to the anchor issue (that was not our fault!!)

Very helpful guys gave us a quick and simple intro on how to use the boat and directions where to go due to the weather. Great service and an enjoyable experience!

We had a fabulous day out on the water! The instructions and training were clear and easy to follow. We followed the map and found some great places to swim and snorkel. We even saw a sea turtle whilst snorkeling! We booked a full day, so this wasn’t a problem, but training and getting started took about 45 minutes. It was helpful to have a little cold box available for use on the boat. (We brought ice and drinks to put in there.) When your day is over, you have to pay for fuel, which was about €50. George and the team were friendly and helpful! One of our best days in Chania!

We really enjoyed our day it was amazing!! Couldn’t be better, the boat is rather big and fast, we checked out some small beaches and cave, an island full of birds, was stunning!! Thank you for an amazing time!

Absolutely fantastic day, the boat was ready and clean when we arrived. The guys were fantastic and we had a great induction on how to use the boat which was hands on rather than just being told. The communication was great both before hiring and during our hire (the boat is tracked so they can contact you if you go wrong). There's a great map on board to show you where the best places to anchor and have an explore are, we managed to see about 6 different beaches and all the fishes. We had a great time can not recommend this enough.

Excellent explanation, relaxed rental company. The boat is stable on the water and has enough speed to reach points within the designated area more often. Keep in mind that fuel is not included in the rental price, but this is clearly communicated before you confirm the rental. Excellent experience.

Bad experience – avoid We booked a boat with this owner, expecting a great time at sea. Unfortunately, the experience was cut short from the start: she booked the wrong date, which completely compromised our trip. Despite our attempts to rectify the situation and obtain a refund, she no longer responds to our messages. I absolutely do not recommend this owner. Be very careful before booking – check all the details carefully and be prepared to take responsibility.

The boat was amazing! Despite the language barrier, everything was explained to me very well. The lady was really kind and welcoming. A great experience!

The boat was in great condition and easy to use. The staff gave very good instructions and were easy to understand. Very, very nice staff. Communication with the owner also went smoothly. It was a really nice day, so we spontaneously extended our stay over the phone. Unfortunately, at the end of the day we received a bill that was not agreed on the phone with the employee. It was not mentioned that the fuel was charged per mile. Unfortunately, that was a small negative point. Otherwise, it was really very nice.

Everything was great!! The boat is easy to steer and is in very good condition. The meeting point is directly opposite the Glossitses Café. Communication with Ioannis was perfect. Tip - it's better to rent for two half days, we had enough after 4 hours.

The communication around the rental was great and the boat was also 1A. We had to spontaneously rebook two days before the actual booking because the weather was not suitable for a boat trip, the rebooking was also possible without any problems or additional costs. We were completely satisfied with the booking.
