I’ve rent this boat for a full day for 3 people for 400 Eur. Unfortunately my experience was not good. First issue: the sailing is RESTRICTED to the west cost were you have very few attraction point, nothing compared to the south of the island. Although the web site gives a list of places on the west cost it does not explicitly inform that those are the only places (area) you are allowed to visit. In my one day rental I was planning to visit some calas in the southwest of the island (there was enough time for that) but I was not allowed. The web site description should be explicit on the restrictions. Second issue: the stairs to get in and out the water to the boat was broken. In the very few places we could stop the boat for a secure swim (basically only two places on the west cost, all the other places were cliffs and deep sea) I managed to get back in the boat with extreme difficulty. My wife could not leave the boat anytime as she would not manage to get back to the boat). All the remaining aspects were ok (communication with the owner, payment , check in, check out, etc). But overall we were very frustrated to be in a nice place such as Menorca and not allowed to visit the interesting part of the island or even be able to jump in the water. If you are planning to rent, don’t do it in the west coast of the island. Do it in the south. ———————— Alquilé este barco para 3 personas por un día completo por 400 euros. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no fue buena. Primer problema: la navegación está RESTRINGIDA a la costa oeste, donde hay muy pocos lugares de interés, nada comparado con el sur de la isla. Aunque la página web ofrece una lista de lugares en la costa oeste, no indica explícitamente que esos sean los únicos lugares (zonas) permitidos. En mi alquiler de un día, planeaba visitar algunas calas en el suroeste de la isla (tenía tiempo suficiente), pero no me lo permitieron. La descripción de la página web debería ser explícita sobre las restricciones. Segundo problema: las escaleras para entrar y salir del agua estaban rotas. En los pocos lugares donde pudimos parar el barco para darnos un baño seguro (básicamente solo dos lugares en la costa oeste; todos los demás eran acantilados y mar profundo), logré volver al barco con extrema dificultad. Mi esposa no pudo bajar del barco en ningún momento porque no lograría regresar. Todo lo demás estuvo bien (comunicación con el propietario, pago, llegada, salida, etc.). Pero, en general, nos frustró mucho estar en un lugar tan bonito como Menorca y no poder visitar la parte interesante de la isla ni siquiera bañarnos. Si planeas alquilar, no lo hagas en la costa oeste de la isla. Hazlo en el sur.

Miguel was very attentive. We had a problem the day before our reservation, and he allowed us to modify it without any problem. The boat met all the requirements stated in the advertisement. The only thing we didn't like was that right at the port, they told us the tour was limited to Cap d'Artrutx, a trip we could cover in 20 minutes when we rented the boat for 8 hours.
Day on a boat in the wonderful Menorca, there were 5 of us with no nautical experience. Miguel (the owner) was very kind and thorough in the operation and information provided. It advises you on the best coves and the route to take. Top experience! To redo
Super service and very clean boat. Only small negative points: the audio system did not work and only upon boarding did we find out that the navigation area had been reduced and that it was no longer possible to go to the southern coves, although that was our objective.

Yesterday, we made a reservation through Click&Boat of the marion510. Being on vacation, we wanted to spend a day on a boat and we chose to book it through this same website, which we had already used on other occasions. Once there, at the agreed place and time to board, we had to wait about 45 minutes because the owners of the boat were late. The fact for which we claim is the following: we were notified that we had to pay the deposit, the amount of cleaning (things we were aware of) and gasoline. However, when making the reservation, we saw that this last payment for gasoline was included in the price. Anyway, we gave the amount of money that was requested and left. We are 5 friends who have come to spend a few days in Menorca, but we have friends who are residents of the island. Just yesterday, one of these sent us a message if he could see us. We told him that we were just renting a boat but that he could join, because we did not know that the boat we had had a maximum capacity (it was not stipulated in the contract and we did not look at what it said on the website, where we found different contradictions apart from this and the one already mentioned) so that our resident friend went up. Upon receiving the call from Miguel warning us that he could not be in the boat, we left him in a cove and subtracted the other five for the rest of the day. At no time were we informed that the boat was only for 5 passengers, and in the contract signed by both the landlord and the leased party, the number of people section was empty. And the clause of the bond specified that eata would be withdrawn only in case of damage, theft or loss of the ship. And of course, they have not returned the deposit. Besides, we planned to go spend the day to the north of the island, on beaches like Cala en Brut, among others. Just as we were setting sail and being next to Cala en Brut, Miguel called us and told us that we could not go north, that we had to go south in the direction of Macarella, which he did not tell us at any time when we were setting sail. Even so, we also listened to him and headed towards Sa Caleta. That's when Miguel called us again, and told us that we couldn't be six people on the boat and we left our friend there. We ask them, well, that they return the deposit to fix things well, if not, we would ask them for the complaint form and we would go to the consumer office to be able to report our particular case. A shame everything. And they have kept our 150 euros.
Attention on the site it is noted fuel costs included however the fuel and cleaning costs are to be paid at the port 70€ and the deposit to be paid before taking the boat. Do not panic if the boat does not arrive on time (for us 45 minutes of waiting without having much news). Otherwise very good boat. Perfect for doing the creeks of the port up to Macarella. Allow 2 hours to get there.
We rented the boat for a whole day and the experience was very good. Miguel was super friendly, he explained to us all the operation of the boat and he clarified all the doubts we had about it. Super good experience, we will repeat without a doubt.
Very practical the awning for the sun, boat suitable for a family outing, Miguel and his team were very nice.
The boat lacked power and the ladder to climb back up was impractical.
