We rented the boat for 1 day and the boat was great. Like on the pictures. The service on the other hand was very poor. We arrived and were told we had to pay €300 in cash for the captain and there are no ATMs nearby. This was not communicated on beforehand. We also paid for €10 per person for towels and €40 for the SUP but the SUP wasn’t ready for us to use (they didn’t inflate it for us so we would have had to blow it up ourselves in order to use it) and the towels looked more like a table cloth than a towel. We have rented boats before and were very disappointed with the lack of service and having to pay extras for every single thing but not getting the service with it. So it’s a great boat but important to note that all the “services” the boat offer come at a price and without the service of preparing it for you. Also, the seabob was supposed for be included for free in our deal but the seabob was broken and nothing was offered to us to compensate for this.
It would be an advantage if all the price details were clearly declared at the time of booking. Only after the booking, two days before the start of the rental, was I informed that I had to give the skipper €300 in cash. I knew from experience that at the end of the day you also have to pay for the petrol, but nothing was stated in the booking. The correspondence was very friendly as were the staff on site. The skipper, Nicolas, was also very friendly. We had a great and unforgettable day at sea.
The best experience in my life. Laetitia did everything we requested in the short manner of time and we enjoyed our trip a lot.
A cruise without a hitch. A perfect captain Our only regrets are that the owner left too many personal belongings and the lack of a dinghy.
