Rib Salpa 2022 200hp
Zaba is a 7.5-meter speedboat powered by a 200 HP Suzuki engine, designed to accommodate up to 9 people (including the skipper). The boat is available for rental WITH or WITHOUT a skipper. Please make sure to read the Terms & Conditions for bareboat charter below before booking. Terms and Conditions 1. Rental Eligibility The renter must be at least 18 years old and must hold a valid boat operator's license for operating power, motor or speedboat, recognized by the local maritime authorities. 2. Required Experience The renter must have adequate prior experience in operating vessels of similar type and size. The company reserves the right to request documented proof of experience and to refuse rental if the required safety standards are not met. 3. Vessel Condition The vessel is delivered clean, fully fueled and in excellent operational condition. The renter is obligated to return the vessel in the same condition as received. 4. Insurance The vessel is insured exclusively for third-party liability. The renter bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the vessel or to third parties during the rental period and is obligated to cover the full cost of any necessary repairs. 5. Prohibited activities The following activities are strictly prohibited: - Operating the vessel under the influence of alcohol or other substances - Navigating in hazardous or restricted areas - Using the vessel for water sports activities ( e.g., waterski, wakeboard, tubing) 6. Navigation restrictions Sailing towards ALBANIA and / or approaching Albanian ports or coastlines is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! 7. Rental Limitations The renter must remain strictly within the designated navigation area as defined during the briefing. Any devation without prior written approval constitutes a violation of the rental agreement and may result in the immediate termination of the rental without refund. 8. Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by Greek law. Any dispute shall be exclusively resolved by the competent Courts of Corfu.

We had a fantastic day with our boat hire. The team were great and couldn’t do enough to help going above and beyond to make the experience the best possible and even booked a brilliant lunch spot for us. The boat itself was modern easy to use and well equipped. Will book again, highly recommended.

We rented the Salpa Soleil 23 which is a very good boat to spend some time at sea with my wife. I personally have a 6.30 150 hp Valiant with which I regularly sail in France. At Check in, a person introduced us to the boat with all the recommended areas for sailing, the good spots, the good restaurants in the north-east area of the island of Corfu. We were also warned not to go to Albania located a few miles opposite. We set off to sea, and finally we chose to go further to Paxos, an island located 5 miles south of Corfu. Once there, we made a first cove, then a second where we stopped to eat. The island is magnificent, the ideal day. During the meal, my phone rang (about 6 calls and several messages from the rental company) it turns out that we had left the island of Corfu and that we had to bring the boat back immediately or else we would call the police! In reality the boat's GPS is connected to the rental company and we are tracked at the base for security aspects but finally, we felt observed all along the outing. In front of the rental company's authority, we left. On arrival we were explained the dangers, the insurance problems and so on. Yes, there are shallows on the road identified by the GPS and obviously avoided! Yes the weather was good and the risk of sailing between 2 islands controlled. Yes there had been a first message on WhatsApp saying not to leave Corfu that I had indeed forgotten. The contract that I signed at checkin showed that I was responsible for the safety and damage caused by the boat and on the boat. The GPS showed all the traces of the old outings and there were a lot of trips to Paxos so don't tell me that the boat is not insured for that. How many islands have I been able to do in the Mediterranean without asking myself so many questions! Porqueyrol, Port Cros, Frioul… I think there is a problem of lack of trust with customers especially. The feeling of being watched with the boat's GPS system is very unpleasant and spoils the feeling of freedom that one can have at sea (our return was closely followed with calls and SMS to tell us that finally in front of our return actually made we had the right to return the boat at the scheduled time. NB: the site of Click&Boat specifies the hours of 9am-6pm. The reality requested by the rental company is from 10am to 5:45pm at the gas station. The boat is however a great boat we took care of it as if it were our own.
