Time booked was much less than the one paid (half day from 2:30 to 7:00 pm) I arrived 30 min before the booking time for final check. After they changed the boat because the selected one had an engine issue I was able to leave the port 1 hour later than the expected. On my first stop (traveling with my children 11 and 7) I noticed the boat didn’t have lifesaver and I had to wait in the middle of the sea for 1 more hour for them to bring them (they advised me to return and pick them up). I decided to cancel my trip and come back but after all the wasted time my children beg me to at least go around for the time left. They told me to return 30 min late but obviously this was not possible after 7:00 pm with less sun light and more waves in a non license boat with children. This company should be inspected and audit for better safety and service. They are cool guys and very respectful but this doesn’t work when something is promised and is not provided in the same way.
To start with, the website said the boat included a free Waveboard, as well as a speaker. When we got there, they thought we were crazy: "It's an extra and you have to pay for it, obviously." The girl at reception was very nice and explained the route very well. The truth is, the tour was amazing and we enjoyed it. Another point that disappointed us was that they didn't explain everything on the boat very well, and they didn't even explain how to use the anchor. The worst part was Aurelio's poor communication, as I had to call him three or four times to get the location of where I could pick up the boat. To top it all off, the boat's awning kept falling off, and I injured my shoulder trying to fix it.

We had a reservation from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and when we arrived at 11:00 a.m., the boat was not yet ready, nor did it have gasoline and we left at 1:00 p.m. It was not the reserved boat because it did not work and they gave us one that seems more basic to me. The staff that served us a 10, the company, for its part, seemed very unprofessional to me. They believe that anything goes, advertising with photos that have nothing to do with reality. A 10 for the team that works there, they are the ones that really show their faces to the client by eating the browns of their superiors.
Total disappointment Dirty dinghy, ladder to climb arranged with a rope (my wife also got hurt) I had to find the stereo system, but it didn't exist, the tent was all dirty, I also had to pay for the cleaning, the one that already was. The dinghy was given to me after an hour of waiting under the scorching heat (someone will arrive) I was told.... I'll change the charterer next time.
Ease from the first moment I contacted Aurelio. He responds quickly and the general treatment of his entire team (Eugen, Leo...) has been excellent. The state of the boat has been as expected and we have not had any problems.

Very good experience, we will repeat for sure. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented a zodiac to navigate without a title and it helped us to take a quiet ride (low power as usual). Improving the ladder to be able to get on the boat and the mechanism to hold the anchor, especially for novices
