We had a fantastic experience renting the boat! Everything went smoothly — the boat was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The team was very helpful and gave us clear instructions on how to reach the volcano near Lipari. Our child was absolutely thrilled with the whole adventure. Highly recommend!
We rented a boat last Thursday. Around 4 p.m., the boat broke down. We tried several times to contact the rental company by phone, but unfortunately, without success. This meant we had to wait for over an hour on the open sea, which was very unpleasant and dangerous. After we made it back to the harbor under our own steam, we were promised another boat trip as compensation. To date, however, no one has contacted us. Very disappointing—both because of the technical problem and the lack of contact and the broken promise.
We had a few small difficulties at the start (partly due to the language barrier). At first we didn't know exactly how to get to our boat. A more detailed description after booking would perhaps be helpful. Nevertheless, ALL the people we met were friendly and helpful. That was very nice! Somehow it was misunderstood that we had booked with a skipper and were supposed to go off alone at first. After a phone call, Guiseppe suddenly became our skipper. They reacted quickly and found a good solution for everyone. It was great! Guiseppe explained all sorts of things to us along the coast. With a translator and hands and feet, it was a really great day. Our boy was able to steer the boat straight out of the harbor. Guiseppe tried so hard. It was a great experience. So it wasn't so bad that we couldn't visit the Aeolian Islands.

Nico a friendly and helpful person both on departure and on return. Efficient dinghy maintenance, zero problems. I had a pleasant day and hope to return soon. I highly recommend it for a day of beach and relaxation
New, well-kept dinghy, 40hp engine Quiet and low consumption, all new clean cushion radio awning, the very kind and friendly staff gave us a wide choice in choosing the dinghy even if we have already paid for a model, an experience to be absolutely redone, see you next time guys and thanks ?
