We had a truly perfect day. From the very beginning, everything went perfectly to our satisfaction, and it's clear that this is very important to Islam. Communication with Islam was excellent from the start. He responds very quickly, and all questions are answered. I'm a very critical person and always want to have all my doubts cleared up. This was absolutely no problem with Islam; quite the opposite, in fact. He also organized everything for us around the tour and provided us with helpful advice. This is exactly the kind of communication and planning you want! The same goes for Islam's boat. It's in impeccable, technically excellent condition and performed reliably. Comfortable seating and plenty of space are also provided. The day before our tour, there was a large sandstorm, and the boat was spotlessly clean and ready on the morning of our tour, compared to some of the other boats in the harbor. In addition, Islam has hired a truly fantastic skipper. ... Mahmoud is a very warm and accommodating man. He also gave us excellent advice during the tour and truly anticipated our every need that day. Furthermore, it must be said that he really has the boat under control and handles it very, very safely, even at higher speeds. Overall, very professional. We saw quite different conditions with other providers that day. He has excellent local knowledge, knows some great snorkeling spots, and made sure we could always snorkel away from the large tourist boats. The value for money is truly unbeatable, and it's absolutely worth the extra cost compared to a regular tourist boat. It matched the description perfectly.

Last-minute booking, yet everything was perfect!!! We visited the best spots possible and even swam with dolphins. I highly recommend it; the owner and the skipper, Mahmoud, are fantastic!
