Warning to Everyone: Never Book with Francisco from Blue Nautic! I want to share my extremely disappointing and infuriating experience with Francisco, the boat owner from Blue Nautic, to warn everyone against using his service. I booked a boat through an online platform and arranged to meet Francisco at the pier. When I arrived on time and messaged him through the platform, he completely ignored me. He never showed up at the agreed location, and when I finally called him, he casually told me he had cancelled my reservation—without any prior notice whatsoever! Francisco’s behavior was shockingly irresponsible and utterly unprofessional. He destroyed my plans for the day with zero regard for my time and effort. He promised to refund me and claimed he had informed the platform, but to this day, I have received absolutely nothing. He even said he could refund me via PayPal, yet never followed through. Francisco has proven himself to be dishonest, unreliable, and completely lacking in integrity. This is not an isolated incident. My experience shows that Francisco cannot be trusted in any way. I strongly urge everyone: **DO NOT BOOK WITH FRANCISCO FROM BLUE NAUTIC!** Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted time. There are far better and more trustworthy options out there. Let my terrible experience be a warning to you all.

We had an amazing experience renting a boat through Click & Boat, and we couldn’t be more grateful to our host, Francisco. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. Even though we forgot to bring ice, Francisco personally came with us and made sure we stopped along the way to get some — a small gesture that made a big difference. What stood out most was his kindness and professionalism. At the end of the trip, we accidentally broke the boat’s USB charger, which was used for the music. Despite us offering to pay for the damage, Francisco insisted on taking care of it himself and didn’t charge us a single Euro, not even from our deposit. That level of trust and generosity is rare, and we truly appreciated it. Francisco is not just a host — he’s a genuine and responsible boat owner who clearly cares about his guests’ experience. We highly recommend booking with him and will definitely do so again when we’re back. Thank you, Francisco, for being a true super host!
