READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING: -Worst boat experience in Ibiza in many years -Beware of hidden fees! I was told only of fuel to be paid on arrival (typical) but then was told I needed to pay for crew, cleaning and one other fee I had never heard of totaling over €1000 additional. -They refused to move the boat until I paid even though I insisted I paid in full through the app and they asked ME to sort it with Click & Boat. When they finally checked they realized their error and we left over 1 hour later! They offered an extra hour to make it up but the below that followed quickly made things worse. -When I asked why the boat was going so slow they said it’s an old boat with a bad engine. It took 1.5 hours to get to Formentera. -The boat is old and not worth the price. We overpaid. -The crew of 3 did the least. We had to ask for everything. They plopped the lunch delivery bags on the table. No set up. We had to ask for plates, napkins, cutlery. -We had to ask for towels coming out of the water. -The stewardess barely came up to where we were to offer drinks. We had to ask for them to clear. We never even got the promised “welcome drink”. -They only took us to one swimming stop. When we asked to move to another location They said they only would make the one stop where we were. -We were charged for fuel (€720) in advance. I’ve always been charged at the end for actual fuel used. I suspect they barely used the €720 worth of fuel. -We rented a jet ski and sea bob. Both ran out of fuel / electricity before the day was close to over. -I arranged lunch to be delivered and sent them contact info to coordinate delivery with the restaurant and it was never communicated to the crew. -I can handle a mistake here and there but this was so much more: rude/no service, withholding departure until payment of funds that in the end they realized (or perhaps always knew?) were already paid; failure to disclose fees (they did it with the jet skis too - fee, delivery etc); pre-charging fuel and then not moving the boat. -Never again.

Everything about the booking was perfect. We were a group of 12 who booked the boat for one day. First, ahead of the trip Javier was really helpful in planning the day and providing information. When we arrived everything ran smoothly. The staff on board were amazing. They looked after us brilliantly (bringing drinks, taking photos etc) and made sure ee had an amazing time. The boat itself is very spacious with plenty of room on the top deck and at the front, as well as inside. Overall, I would highly recommend this boat. It was a superb experience.
We had a great time for two days on this boat. Staff were fantastic, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Only down side it was very warm with no air conditioning. Would be fine if it was a cooler month but we went in august.

We had a really good time on our day out to Formentera. The captain was very nice. The only thing that could be improved was the service on board from the rest of the crew, which was not very friendly and not proactive. At no point did they spontaneously come to check on us. We had to ask to be served drinks. Otherwise, a really good experience.

Great boat day from Ibiza to formentera! Positives: Great value for the money. They knew how to organize our disembark to get to beso beach. Bluetooth music connection. Nice Capitan and crew. Negatives: It was a bit confusing to get on board, they were not on the beach waiting where we had arranged to meet and we boarded 20 minutes late because of it. I don’t think the crew member was experienced. the language barrier (Spanish and English) was at first difficult at some points. Max of 12 people on board, so don’t expect to bring friends on board if you already have a group. Captain drove very slow and parked in the sea instead of taking us to coves with nice beaches, but it was fine we still had a great time! If you have something specific in mind just make sure you have a Spanish speaker to communicate with the capitan and I’m sure you will be able to do everything as you wish and have a more organized experience.

The baglietto was not only visually gorgeous, but was also exceptionally spacious and comfortable, offering all the amenities one could wish for at sea. What really made this experience unforgettable was the exceptional attention we received from the entire crew, they made us feel at home, Captain Javier, went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect in every detail. Their passion for the sea and dedication to customer service was evident in every interaction, adding a special touch to our onboard experience. Accompanying Javi were the two super sailors, who are the best, they contributed enormously to our comfort and satisfaction. Always attentive to our needs, they not only kept the boat in impeccable conditions of cleanliness and order, but also always had a smile on their faces, creating a welcoming and family atmosphere on board. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with complimentary drinks But what really left us speechless was the exciting experience with the seabob, a kind of underwater scooter that allowed us to glide through the water, providing an extra dose of fun and excitement to our vacation. Our vacation on the boat was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended, we will return 100%

a ship and service disaster, would only highlight Manuel's desire in the face of so many problems. We will send claims by burofax and refund of hotel nights. We haven't even seen him with Javier, and it's all been problems
Very old boat with bathroom odors and no air conditioning. The best crew (light years away from the quality of the boat). The last night was a disaster when mooring in a bad place and it seemed that the boat was going to break in two (we did not sleep for half an hour)

Don't be fooled by appearances, Boat not consistent with photos. Very old boat, no air conditioning on board, crew who does not speak English well, crew who does not buy you anything to drink on board (no water no coke nothing no ice cubes nothing) They want you to pay everything in advance +950€ Gas while you learn 10 minutes later The boat's engine is broken and it must move forward at 5 knots per hour so We took 3 hours to go opposite formentera at 3 on time and worse to come back We returned at night at 9 p.m. because of this wreckage which serves as their boat. The boat has no anchoring port, it is in the middle of nowhere in calla de porroig without a boarding dock with a gentleman who commutes from time to time. The crew asked us for cigarettes all day when they had some But did not want to spend them it's crazy. After 2 hours on the road to arrive in a horrible spot in Formentera where the water is black and not turquoise blue as in the photos, he quickly sent us to have lunch in a tourist restaurant at 1200€ the bill for 8 people just because he had their meal preference there and certainly their commission to take. The price was extremely excessive compared to the services provided by the crew and the owner of this boat. It's a shame to pay so much and to receive customers so far in Ibiza without any cold drinks and that the boat is so old and broken in terms of engine. This should be specified first and in bold on the ad because the site Click&Boat is complicit in organized gang scams if it continues to rent this type of boat. Run away…. Save your money….

The toilet was not fresh and they did not keep the agreement we had to be back on time to catch the flight but that was just possible!

A great boat even better than in the photos! A huge upper deck. We tasted a paella at 10 without problem. Javier is very professional and very helpful. We rented his optional sea bob. He knows all the beautiful corners of Ibiza Et de Formera. The boat is very well equipped. And he has a great sound system. !! I really recommend this boat and its crew.
