Following the reservation, I was in contact with Jocelyne several times via messaging Click&Boat until the day before when we exchanged again. On the day of the rental, I announced our arrival via messaging. Without a response after several messages, I ended up calling giving my name and explaining that I was waiting at the port and that no one answered me. I was extremely badly received whether by phone or directly during the rental contract. The manager and her daughter have no respect for their customers. Never has a professional spoken to me like that... Disrespectful and provocative, I will never go through this "professional" again.
