Everything was great. Marcos helped us and everything was fantastic, super friendly and he explained everything perfectly and recommended coves we could visit nearby.

We had a great time enjoying the day, it's just a shame the tide wasn't quite right at first. Regarding communication, I wasn't happy with it. We had rented two boats, but due to personal reasons, not everyone who was supposed to go could make it. We tried to cancel one of the boats, but they wouldn't give a refund unless it was 24 hours in advance (completely understandable). Once we were there, we explained the situation to the staff, and they told us that if we went out on one boat instead of two, they would offer a partial refund. At the end of the activity, Alexis (the manager) was there, and with a sour face and rude gestures, he embarrassed his colleague by insisting that it was impossible to refund the other boat (the complete opposite of what they told us at the beginning of the activity). They blamed the service (Click&Boat), saying they had nothing to do with it. Everything else was fine; the only misunderstanding was this, since they told us one way or the other in the shop, and then said the complete opposite. They didn't even bother trying to fix it or reach an agreement. And I repeat, this was all done with bad behavior, even though we were friendly the whole time. If they had told us at the beginning of the day that there would be no refunds, we would have taken both boats we had previously booked, so we felt cheated. They could have rented the other boat and doubled the money without us knowing. You need to improve your internal communication and stop everyone saying different things. That said, thank you, we had a great time, but we won't be returning, at least not with this company. Regards

It was truly everything we hoped for and hoped for!! It was a great experience, it was our first time, and we had a great time as a family!! I highly recommend it. Everything was great with the company, the service, the boat!! And we'll be back, thank you!!

Quite unhappy since the lady who attends speaks a very fair Spanish, the boat turned very hard to the right and it took 8 days to return my deposit (they said it would take 24 hours)
