On July 24th, 2025, I rented a motorboat in Sardinia for one day via Click&Boat. For this rental, I purchased an all-in risk insurance for €30 for that day. Originally, we wanted to go boating a day earlier, when the weather was perfect with sunshine and clear blue skies. However, Angela advised us to postpone and go the following day. Unfortunately, that day turned out to be completely cloudy and extremely windy — with even more wind than the day before, when we had initially planned to go. Despite having purchased the all-in risk insurance, I was required to pay €50 on-site as a deposit for the motor’s propeller. During the rental, damage occurred to the propeller, after which I had to pay an additional €150 on-site to cover the damage. I kindly request reimbursement of these costs, as I had taken out an all-in risk insurance that should cover such damages.
