Eric is very reliable, friendly, and quick to communicate. Everything went smoothly. Only the fun toy (a donut or something similar) that my children were really looking forward to wasn't on board. But otherwise, everything went well and, above all, was uncomplicated. I can definitely recommend Eric and the Quicksilver 555!
