The boat never arrived, it was damage. We were waiting for more than 40 minutes when Alessandro, the owner proposed us to go on a completely different boat that we didn't like. I'm trying to get my refund, I hope I can get it soon and complete.

The boat is a brand new 2024, very nice boat. It is a good value compared to other tours and services we priced. It is a great way to see the beautiful villas and scenery Lake Como has to offer.

We wanted to jump in the water from the boat since the add said it had a bathing platform and latter, but the captain decided it was not allowed, I never understood why. This was a big disappointment since we had plan with the kids to swim in the lake.

Good service, on time with friendly guys but no many time to inspect boat status and log inspection remarks before signe the renting contract. Not informations provided about places around the lake where we can stop with a renting boat, staff don t give many informations about spot to visit.
