Total disappointment. Arriving at the port, LAURENT discovered that his boat had a puncture (probably a fishing hook in the port). We had to cancel the trip, and LAURENT told me that since Click&Boat no longer refunds a reservation 24 hours before the rental, he would refund me the amount. No more messages, silence from all sides, from the agency or the owner. Total opacity.
The owner arrives 30 minutes late without an apology. Boat is as described It's up to you to install the sun shield. And you'll pay an extra €10 to give to the owner after you've refueled at another port for this trip. Not very cool, in my opinion.
