We assumed that we would meet at the boat. After calling, the employee came quickly. The handover, explanations and safety instructions were detailed and fair. The processing of the documents was uncomplicated. The realization that booking on site would have been 50 EUR cheaper detracts from the otherwise great experience somewhat. I would have liked a detailed nautical chart on board. All in all, we had a great day with Stefano's boat
