The whole transaction was really smooth. The name of the person we corresponded with appears here as Sergio but the person we met was Adolfo. Not sure if the same people but both the persons were really good and everything was provided as they had mentioned. The boat is exactly as it appears - a bit smaller and maybe less comfortable then the bigger ones but then this is very clearly reflected in the prices. The price versus the experience with the owners and the experience on the MAr Menor was super worth it. The deposit could be paid by card rather than by cash which was also a very attractive proposition. The speakers on the boat don't work and we were told of this before the time of hire which was useful to know particularly when we were hiring for the entire day. We were large adults and were very comfortable on the boat. Please bear in mind that public transport is not available to get to this area so do factor this into your plans. There is a lovely cafe on the marina which is good for food/drinks before and/or after the boat hire. They serve the best Cafe Asiatico (cartagena speciality) . They also called us a cab because ubers/bolt don't work in cartagena. I would definately do this again with Sergio/Alfredo and can whole heartedly recommend others to use them.
