Cancellation Policy ************************* - In the event of unfavorable weather conditions and an unavailable alternative date, a full refund of all advance payments will be issued. - Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the boat from leaving the port or that prevent the excursion from being carried out safely and comfortably for our clients. - Due to constantly changing weather conditions, we cannot make a final decision until 1 hour before the start of the excursion. - Under no circumstances can the excursion be shortened once it has started, and this will result in a reduction of the price.
