A 9-meter boat (ideal for 14/15 people) departing from the Pointe Rouge port in Marseille, with CALANQUE APPROVAL. It's a RIB with a 300hp engine. It's the ideal boat for a day trip, cruising and exploring the Calanques or Frioul, beautiful places to visit just a stone's throw from Marseille. This boat is well-equipped for cruising. You'll also find all the necessary amenities for optimal comfort. (Sun lounge, awning, shower, cooler, music on board) The rates displayed on the website do not include fuel. I have to explain my rating to prevent others from being scammed. Once the reservation is made, the scheduled rental day arrives. When I call the owner, Mr. ABDOU, to arrange an exact meeting point, he tells me over the phone that I have canceled the reservation and that his boat is already re-rented! According to him, he received a message from the website indicating that I had canceled my reservation and, as the refund conditions stipulate, I cannot be refunded. I never made this cancellation request, and my reservation is still pending on my account, validated by the owner. I then ask him to send me a screenshot of the so-called cancellation message. He curtly replies, "OK," then hangs up. I won't hear anything from him after that. Be careful with this owner, and definitely don't cancel your reservation to urgently rent another boat on this website, otherwise it will be a real cancellation request, and you will never be refunded!
I highly recommend it! Vanessa and her partner are helpful and accommodating. The boat is as described and well-maintained.
