The week on the houseboat was fantastic. Communication with Guido was excellent and always timely. Everything went as planned. Guido gave a thorough introduction to the houseboat, including a test drive to the local dock and water supply. All in all, we'd be happy to come back!

Guido gave a fantastic and very detailed introduction. It was very helpful. Smilla is a great ship, old but very well-maintained and in good condition. We felt completely at home. The separate shower is convenient if you're traveling with a group. We highly recommend Smilla, but you do need some sailing experience.

It was a fantastic trip. Guido is a fantastic charterer. We felt well looked after from start to finish; in fact, our relationship with Guido was almost friendly, even though we hadn't known each other before. He and the Smilla come highly recommended. We really enjoyed the week. And his recommendation to go out for dinner at Stella Marina was simply fantastic. We would charter with him again anytime, but we also want to check out other areas. Finally, thanks to Guido and the Smilla for a truly fantastic week.

We were on board the Smilla from June 22nd to June 26th, 2024. At the beginning, when we took over the Smilla, Guido was so friendly that, because of the strong wind conditions on the lake, he first gave us a detailed briefing with a test drive on the lake. He took a lot of time and patience and practiced the driving characteristics of the Smilla and mooring maneuvers with us. He pointed out all possible mistakes and also had us carry out several mooring maneuvers and bridge crossings. He was there to help and advise us in his calm and warm manner. When we felt safe enough after almost 90 minutes, he went ashore and we began our wonderful vacation. It was a beautiful, unique vacation as a family with our children and our mother. The Smilla is very beautiful, superbly equipped and the sun deck is a dream. We spent the days on the Smilla in great weather and drove to Himmelpfort, Rheinsberg and back. In between, we also stopped at various lakes and anchored. Yesterday we experienced a romantic sunset at sea. We were able to use the grill on the sun deck on the Smilla and absorb the impressions of the day. Today was the last day of our trip and we had to hand the Smilla back to Guido. The handover also took place in a warm atmosphere and we took a nice final photo. We can recommend a trip on Guido's Smilla to everyone with a clear conscience. Everything really fits. We were on the Smilla at the beginning of June and really enjoyed the time. The weather could have been a bit warmer, but since there are two driver's cabs and you can sit very comfortably inside, this was not a problem. Guido was extremely helpful, spontaneous and friendly from start to finish. Even when we had a small breakdown, he came over straight away and quickly helped us get the Smilla back in shape. Whether you're heading to ports or anchoring on the lakes, you really have everything you need and don't have to forego any comfort. The Smilla is really a great boat and Guido is a great host.
