I booked this boat with my wife and 4 kids. On the description it says water, soft drinks, snack, towels , and snorkeling gear would be provided…not of it was…well they gave me 2 towels for 6 people. The boat was absolutely disgusting!!!! Filthy !!!!! The fridge was filled with fish and open cans of tuna…the bathroom was atrocious. When I called the owner he tried to belittle me and tell me that it was my fault because I booked late. Then proceeded to tell me that he would give me back 5 euro for the water. Completely unprofessional and a horrible business owner. DO NOT RENT from this owner !!!! Stay far far away. I could have went with other boards with everything included for half the money. Leo the owner is so unprofessional and they way he spoke and texted me while I spent almost 3,000 was so disrespectful.

This boat was booked last minute due to an engine issue on our other vessel. So we do appreciate them accommodating us on the fly and can accept that there won’t be common conveniences such as ice on board or toilet paper or proper working toilets. All of that is fine and understandable due to us coming on board last minute. However, Leo told us he was taking us to Monaco during our excursion and instead never took us there despite telling us he was giving us a good deal to go to Monaco and keep this from the boat owner. Leo also was so inconvenienced to take group photos of us while on the boat. We had to ask him multiple times to continue taking more photos while we moved in different positions. I’ve never experienced service where you have to plead with the staff to take your photo. Secondly, we stopped for lunch and when we were leaving the restaurant, we told Leo we were leaving and he said I will be on the boat in 30 minutes go ahead of me to the boat. I feel that this is a huge safety issue. Also, why should we be sitting on the boat waiting for 30 minutes while he finishes hanging out at the bar smoking a cigarette? Lastly, when we were departing the boat, he did not even offer a hand to help us off board we were literally falling over and landing on our knees on the dock because we had no one to assist us out of the boat. I’ve never seen anything like it!

For someone who rents boats often on vacation, this was not a great experience at all. Make sure you ask what the gas and skipper fees are upfront; we were charged $1000 and were told this the night before! Starting off, the skipper was almost an hour late to pick us up. They did offer an hour extension, but we had dinner plans and couldn't extend, so they gave us $60 off of our $580 fuel charge. Yes only $60. It only got worse from here. The boat we rented was not the one that showed up and it was in terrible condition! The ONLY toilet had brown feces water filled to the top and could not be used (disgusting), the carpet was wet in the cabin (probably with feces water overflow), the towels given to us were previously used, there was ONE noodle on the boat to use as a float for 6 people and one pair of goggles. The skipper drove us 40 mins to a cove in Èze, where we relaxed for 2 hours with zero interaction or service from him. He stayed inside the cabin on his phone and didn’t check on us at all —no offer to help with drinks, no asking if we needed anything. Then we get off for lunch and this is apparently where they take every group—nothing personalized about it. We weren’t allowed to just order an appetizer; every person was required to order a full meal, whether they wanted to or not. After lunch we head back towards Nice and what we thought was going to be riding and relaxing for the rest of our time. Instead, he ends up taking us back to the port AN HOUR EARLY and told us he thought we wanted him to. We asked if he could turn around as he was pulling into the harbor, but he told us he couldn't. So, we paid $2,500 for what was supposed to be a 8-hour boat rental, but we were only on the water for about 4 hours total—and only 2 to 2.5 hours of that was actual cruising on a boat that we didn't even originally book. For the price/service, the experience felt misleading and absolutely not worth the cost.

The pictures of the boat on the app looked nice, but the boat is old. Very bad smell inside the cabin and the seats. It mentioned that the boat has speaker system, but the captain gave us a small uncharged blutooth speaker. The snorkeling equipment were useless and no paddle board. Halfway through the day they brought us one paddle board. There were only three floaters provided for a group of 8 people. We sailed from Nice to Monaco and back and they charged us 580 Euro for gas. Given the engine size and distance the gas charge was very high. At the end of the day we asked for 15 mins extension as the only fun part was swimming in the water and we wanted to stay longer, but the owner did not agree. I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE CAPTION ERIC AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE SUPPER NICE AND THEY TRIED THEIR BEST TO IMPROVE OUR EXPERIENCE ON BOARED.

Our party of 9 had a great day on the boat! We swam off Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, had lunch at a cafe on the beach near Eze, and managed to squeeze in an hour or so in Monaco too. Captain was great, boat was great, weather was perfect. Would use again without hesitation. One suggestion is to find out the fuel costs for your day in advance as these must be paid in cash on board, and they are significant.
