I can't comment on the Marlin boat we originally booked, but I can comment on the Bwa Six One boat we were offered in exchange. The boat's turbine was reportedly broken the day before by other customers. We weren't informed of this, but we realized on the day that it wasn't the boat we booked. Patrice therefore refunded us the difference. I gave the boat's conformity one star for this reason. Otherwise, the Bwa Six One boat was fine, despite two engine stops at sea for an unknown reason. Water in the fuel, according to the owner? A good experience nonetheless.

As agreed with Patrice (boat rental company) via the message service from Click&Boat, I was at jetty 22 at 2:00 p.m. Patrice was there and explained to me that he couldn't rent the boat today and that we would of course be reimbursed for the costs we had already paid. That was annoying because we had driven 200 km for absolutely nothing. I have now written to Patrice several times, who has also read the messages, but has not responded and has not transferred the money back. I ask for help and support. Kai Labenski
