FAQs - WHAT EXTRAS DOES THE BOAT HAVE? Bimini top, refrigerator, snorkel mask, GPS/plotter with depth sounder, freshwater shower, Bluetooth speaker, USB charger, bow thruster, electric anchor windlass. - IS A LICENSE REQUIRED? YES Spanish skipper: PNB or higher Non-Spanish skipper: any qualification enabling maritime navigation on this vessel -IF I DON'T HAVE A LICENSE, DO I HAVE TO HIRE A SKIPPER? YES. The cost is €270 for a full day or €195 for a half day. This will be requested when you make the booking payment. -WILL I HAVE ASSISTANCE AT DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL? YES A member of our team will meet you at the agreed place and time once the booking is confirmed. They will explain how the boat works, dock and undock the boat, and assist you at the fuel station at the end of your trip. -AVERAGE FUEL COST FOR A WHOLE DAY? €100 The boat is delivered with a full tank, and at the end of your trip, our colleague will assist you with refueling. -IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE TOWING? YES These will be requested once the booking is confirmed. Paddle Surf €50. -WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF USE? Full day from 10:00 to 18:00. Half-day rentals from 10:00 to 14:00 or from 14:30 to 18:30. -CAN THE HOURS BE EXTENDED? YES This can be arranged at check-in. Cost €50/hour. -WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? Fuel, skipper, food, and drinks. -DO I NEED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT BEFORE DEPARTURE? YES It will be deposited at check-in. Amount €1700. -WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER PREVENTS SAILING? You can choose to change the booking date (subject to availability) or receive a refund of the amount charged by Bon Charter. -CAN I CONTACT Bon Charter DIRECTLY by phone or before confirming my booking and making payment through this website? NO The system automatically removes any third-party contact information from the chat. Our contact details will only be provided once your booking is confirmed. At that time, we will send you videos with instructions on how to use the boat, how to get to check-in, route recommendations, and other information of interest. -WHEN/HOW IS THE BOOKING CONFIRMED? It is confirmed upon completion of payment through this website. For any issues with the payment process, please contact the website's customer service. -WHERE IS THE HOME PORT? Club de Mar. Palma de Mallorca Promenade -WHAT ROUTES CAN WE TAKE? From our home port, given its ideal location, there are several alternative routes. Once you confirm your booking, we will send you videos with different route options, highlights, places to eat, and beach clubs to visit. -HOW DO I KNOW IF THE BOAT IS AVAILABLE ON MY SELECTED DATE? Our booking calendar is constantly updated, so if your desired date is listed as available, the boat is free. Simply make your payment through the website, and we will receive a booking request for you to accept and confirm as soon as possible. WHAT SHOULD WE BRING ON BOARD? Towels, sunscreen, ice cube trays for the cooler to keep your drinks and food cold, and warm clothing in case of cloudy weather. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER DRINKS AND SNACKS ON BOARD? We offer a catering service for both drinks and food, which is not included in the rental price.

All good great fun
We were generally happy with the boat and can recommend the provider. Small note: the windshield wiper didn't work at all, which really makes visibility difficult when the sea water is splashing and the sun is shining. The same applies to flushing the toilet. That was a bit of a shame, but it will surely be fixed by the next time we rent it out... Many greetings to Jonatan!

We had a great time. Very nice experience. Unfortunately the wakeboarding we booked didn't work out (the strap got tangled in the motor propeller). But we'll do it next time. Top crew, top boat, top route.

Everything was great. We had a lot of fun. Unfortunately the bow thruster didn't work. We wouldn't have needed it either way. Otherwise we had a very nice time with many beautiful bays.
I can only recommend it! We were very excited! The boat is very reliable, maneuverable and has enough space! Competent services, they also switched the navigation system to German for us, so we discovered something nicer! We didn't skimp on the fun either, 200 hp and 200 liter tank! Single disadvantage that we had to return the boat in the evening; ? That was Mallorca's most beautiful experience!!!

Very nice boat, almost new. Jonathan instructed and looked after us very well. The boat is super motorized and is easy to drive. Consumption is appropriate. Enough space for 6 people. A great day at sea! Gladly again.

What a wonderful experience. We were able to rent this beautiful boat for a day from 10 to 18. Since I had a boating license, an extra skipper was not necessary. The reception was very pleasant. I received all the information on my phone in advance. If I had any questions, they were answered immediately. As icing on the cake, Jonatan said when we left at 10 am, if you want to see the sunset, that's no problem and if I could have the boat a little longer. We finally returned the boat at 7:15 PM and everything was completely fine. Had a super nice day! Definitely worth the money!
What can you say when everything was perfect? From booking, to contacting the landlord in advance, to the personal on-site instruction that left no questions unanswered and a really very good, almost brand new boat with great equipment! Great sleeping accommodation, refrigerator, easy-to-understand navigation system, bathing platform and sunbathing area) We would really like to thank you very much for the great experience and the trust you placed in us, as we were allowed to rent the boat overnight for several days. Not everyone can do it, not everyone is happy that everything went so smoothly. We were even provided with extra bed linen, sheets, pillows, blankets and towels because we had booked overnight. We were able to spend the night in really beautiful bays and had an incredibly great time! Many thanks again to Jorge the owner and Jonathan the on-site employee. Really very nice, competent people I can only recommend. We will definitely come back next year and do the tour a little longer on the other side of Mallorca. Greetings from Kay & Ralf

I had great contact with Jorge. All important information was explained and passed on very well. On site we were welcomed by Jonatan and everything was explained again. Our skipper Juan steered us super and safely to the bays for 8 hours. All in all it was a beautiful day and we can only recommend it. Best regards Marcel
