The shine has gone and needs a big big Buffing!! Started great with communication and understanding, well done Sedat for that bit, but a very different story from arrival to handing the boat back. 9am they said, turn up and we get you on the water, we arrived at 8.45am I saw Sedat and co worker, Hi Sedat I shouted and the reply "who are you"..., "I have a booking" I reply.. "we don't get boats out until 9-30, I got to clean the boat, come back later", ouch, off we go with a flea in our ear and went to the shop for provisions for our 'out out on the water lunch experience', when we get back we were interrogated who we booked with and after that necessary general questions and then taken to a tatty, badly abused non maintained pontoon boat nothing like what is advertised, it might be the same but nothing like the photo's it was a floating joke just hanging on ready for the scrap heap, it hadn't had a scrub and polish for years,, what do I do complain and not get a sail or grin and bare it, I did the later, why because I had a lot of commission to pay and it was the only boat in that category that was ready,, I had my Day skipper qualification and RYA sail AND power qualifications but in Spain its not good enough,, but I knew that, what I didn't know was I would be offered a piece of the General Belgrano!..... Out on the water chugging- a -long it was .... OK, no speed just noisy engine but Ok, "oh Ill put the radio on,, no radio, disconnected", disconnected,, no depth sounder, no log, err nothing, oh no .... the fuel gauge shows nearly empty so I phone in panic,,, "no no,, there is plenty of fuel, the gauge is disconnected, Disconnected!!!. non water on board, sink rusty, the tap wobbling and twisting as we chugged along.. so we stop for a swim and use a mooring buoy in a cove,, in we go, OMG,, 4 jagged parts of boat sticking out from floats, flapping stainless trim with snapped rivet's. bent jagged steel on port side ready to pierce the body or harpoon a tuna!!,, back on board we have lunch,, Ill get the table, nope nothing, no table, that's long gone with the wiring and electronics and any respect for the vessel,,, the rest of the day spent using this pontoon boat as a motorised Pedalo, getting back at 5pm as agreed at the fuel station,, "stay out stay out go around and around no one here for you " shout the staff on pontoon,,, hell bells, and go merry go round for 10 minutes, finally on land I have to pay 37 euro for fuel used, So, 270 euro for chugging fun of 9 knots and swimming stops, but not funny after paying for scrap metal instead of plushness and deluxe advertised,, what should be be the fee for this vessel hired well it would be reasonable to ask for my money back, the staff mean well but cannot deliver what should be the norm. what do I want from this,,, well an apology, and effort to stop any one being disappointed when hiring this vessel and that needs effort from the charter company to refurbish or scrap, El Fin!

Everything war perfect! Unfortunately the table was broken, but everything else was great! The communication and organization were very good. I can just recommend them to everyone. You can trust them!

Fantastic! Sedat was very helpful, booked wrong date (my fault), but Sedat was quick to get boat ready and let us use it. He gave us a cool box, map, and pointers where to go/avoid and showed us how to drive the boat. Excellent service! Great day out. Would book again, 10/10! Muchas gracias!

Well worth the money

Everything was perfect.

Sedat was awesome. He even held a place for parking our car in addition to getting us an icebox, detailing us about the boat and mapping a course for us. Was a pretty cool Pontoon and would rent from him again.

We had a great stay. We received instructions and everything worked perfectly. The price/performance ratio is outstanding.

We wanted to book the Sun Charter from Sedat for just a few hours, but there was no concession and we therefore paid the full daily price even though it was only for a few hours. However, this was fine for me, as the pictures of the boat and equipment on the ad were just perfect for a family trip. Unfortunately, the pictures were just a lure and the boat was not in a clean and technical condition. The seats and the bench lost their grip during the trip and had to be pushed back onto the bench. The canopy and the canopy holder are defective. Furthermore, the entire electronics on this boat are missing. The advertised USB availability for playing music, for example, simply does not exist. The speakers were also removed from the boat, leaving only a hole where the speakers should have been (be careful, there is a risk of cutting your fingers at the holes!) The snorkeling equipment that was also advertised was completely dirty. There was even mold on the goggles, so you can no longer use them. The fins were also in a dirty condition and absolutely unhygienic. I will never order anything from Click&Boat again. So many good reviews for this platform and for the provider Sedat, but it's all just show. They're just taking money from tourists again.

Spectacular experience! The super friendly staff but the level of maintenance is a bit neglected, as well as the broken front door, the control panel and the radio. We will repeat without a doubt!

Very comfortable boat for 6 people, ample space and holes to store objects. Good engine operation to go to the points that the employees recommend. Very good welcome and communication, indicating on Google maps the best places to go depending on the hours you rent the boat. Very nice and comprehensive guy in his explanations and advice. A ten for the staff. The boat is clean and well maintained, the only thing is that having the electronics canceled there is no music on board. Better to bring a Bluetooth speaker. Highly recommended experience ??

The evil ones: We changed the day because the boat was damaged the day before. He promised us sup and didn't keep it. And he gave us a float that was jabbed into place. The boat broke down coming back and they had to take us in tow. The good ones: If you don't know how to drive, this boat is for you because it goes slowly and is stable. It is comfortable to spend a day floating around a nearby cove. Price - service is ok.

The truth is that it has been very good and the best thing of all has been the treatment, we will surely hire him with them again !!

Communication with the owner and his worker was perfect. We arrived 20 minutes late because we did not know how to arrive very well and they let us have the boat longer even though we returned at the time we had initially scheduled. Regarding the boat, it was VERY dirty, drips all over the seats and the floor was sticky. The dining table hadn't been cleaned since the boat was bought at least. And for the price you pay at least clean it up a bit between trips. It seems to me something fundamental and that it is not expensive. On the other hand, I had talked to them about whether there was a fridge and snorkeling equipment on the boat and they said yes. There was nothing there. Thank you that we bring a cooler with ice (just in case) and thank goodness. By the way, the odometer, gasoline, and radio DO NOT work. Conclusion: good communication with the owner, but VERY dirty boat and disastrous maintenance. a pity

Several things on the boat did not work (loudspeaker, speedometer, etc ...), and the owner told us to come back before the time because he had to collect the boat by crane when it was really to rent it to other people; Nor did it have a table as in the photos, otherwise everything is fine.

The engine is a bit small for the type of boat and it is slow to go to discover coves and the boat needs a little maintenance but nothing to influence navigation. The attention was very good and we will surely repeat.
