I booked the boat as a birthday present for my friend. We had a truly wonderful time. Alessandro greeted us and provided clear instructions. All of our questions were answered. Communication with Carolina started immediately after the booking confirmation, which was great. I would especially like to highlight the flexibility offered, as a thunderstorm was forecasted, and with Carolina's help, we were able to easily reschedule to a day earlier. For this, I want to thank her again. The recommended route is very beautiful and easy to follow. The only downside was the visible dirt and hair left by previous guests. We would have appreciated an intermediate cleaning. Additionally, the fuel costs of 20 EUR were not shown during the booking. Nevertheless, we would definitely recommend this boat rental.

Carolina was super helpful and nice from the start, and answered all questions very quickly and constructively. We were even able to reduce the hours quite spontaneously due to the weather (from a full day to a half day). All in all, we were completely satisfied and had a lovely half day on the boat.

Perfect boat for a day of sailing along the coast of Alcúdia in Mallorca. Good communication from the start and the boat delivered in perfect condition. Good explanation and very good handling afterwards. Definitely recommended!
From the start, communication with Carolina was excellent, very clear and transparent. The day we rented the boat, a storm was expected, which Carolina warned us about 4 days before and gave us the option to adjust the date to our convenience or even cancel and get our money back. We finally changed the date. The same day we booked, they had sent us instructional material on how to use the boat, as well as instructions on the meeting point and parking options near the port. When we arrived at the port, we were greeted by Carolina and Alex, very kind, patient and with an excellent disposition. Alex helped us get the boat out and went over all the instructions in great detail (from how the boat works to the distances we could travel) and with the opportunity to ask questions. The only thing worth mentioning was that the ladder was somewhat broken, which made it very difficult to get on the boat every time we went down to nothing in the sea. Also, you have to anchor the boat manually in the sand, which was difficult because there are many stones at the end and it is very difficult to see where there is sand or not (I must clarify that we are people with no experience in navigation). These two points are very minor, which we have mentioned to Alex and he was very well received. Without a doubt it was an excellent experience and we would rent the boat again. We loved the experience, since the reservation everything has been super comfortable. The same day, they explained to us where there were coves that we made the most of and how to handle the boat. The boat is ideal for the 5 girls we were on and it was also a great detail that the refrigerator had ice to keep everything cold. I would repeat 100%

Rental a boat without a license today. It was simply a superb day with superb scenery. The boat was great, the explanations from the employees were great and super welcoming. I recommend +++.
The service was correct. Only due to weather conditions we couldn't sail. The boat was returned on time.
