Boat was great, very recent and in perfect working condition. We felt we could have had a better briefing to navigate without a license, specially in Sardinia, where it is complex to navigate by sight, with a lot of little islands around its coast. Also the briefing should include minimal warnings, like make sure the ropes don't hang outside the boat. That happened to us and the proppeler ended up being damaged in the process. Also, the process to deal with a damage to the boat should have been handled more professionally.
Mateo was very kind and helpful. We had a predicted storm late afternoon on our boat day and he kept us informed as to how the weather was looking from porto cervo and warned us of the rain. Would definitely recommend and will book again
Mateo needs to learn how to deal with customers. I had a small accident and Mateo tried to take advantage of me. He tried to charge me 800 euros for a part that costs 100 euros on a Honda and threatened me. There are several boat rental options in Porto Cervo and he definitely doesn't deserve to be in that business!

Everything worked out great! We wrote to Matteo via WhatsApp, where he sent us the location of the free parking lot and the boat. We didn't have to walk far from the parking lot, about 2-3 minutes. Matteo was already waiting for us at the boat and greeted us in a very friendly and personable manner. He explained everything important to us on site and advised us on which beaches we could go to. The boat was in great condition. We would recommend him to anyone.
