Everything OK. Boat was prepared on time, personally shown and explained. No problem at all. Next time on this spot will ask Barbara for rent again. I had great experience with this rent.
Communication was very friendly and helpful. Barbara handed over the boat to us in Porto Colom, and everything was explained very clearly. The boat was thoroughly cleaned by Barbara before we picked it up. Returning the boat was completely flexible, and we were offered the option of filling up the boat ourselves or having Barbara fill it up for an additional charge. All in all, a truly smooth rental experience. The boat matched the specifications and was in good condition. The price/performance ratio was absolutely fair, and you can tell that the rental company values quality and customer satisfaction. We would book with Barbara again in a heartbeat and can recommend her without reservation.
