Asked a day before the rent where to meet and find the boat. no response. At the day and time of the rent still no information, we still drove to the port of Portocolom with 2 little kids, there were many boats, but no information, nothing. I has to ask many people working and walking around in the port of portocolom where this boat (showed a photo as per the booking information) could be. Finally someone could give me a hint who I could call. Ivan then told me on the phone he overslept as he worked too much… He didn’t care. 1 hour and 1 mile of walking to find the boat later we finally started the tour. No recommendation. He‘s collaborating with a guy called Andreas who felt much more responsible. Go there, not to Ivan. Sorry, man, that was really bad service.

Everything was great, the valiant 7.50 was fantastic, the owners were fantastic, they were very cordial and, above all, we had a fantastic day.
We were very happy both with Wilma's rental and with Ivan, thank you very much and see you soon!
Super location, Ivan is top, boat as advertised. Good communication. Flawless ! I recommend with eyes closed
