We had the most wonderful experience today. The check in process was seamless, our driver was wonderful, and another employee helped us get back to our ship. They are very aware of ship times and do a great job getting you back in time. We learned a lot and had great conversations, had plenty of time in positano. Liberato, our skipper, was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, punctual, with good energy to be around and kind. The boat was well kept and I felt safe. He advised us that the weather wasn’t good for the trip and gave us the opportunity to go on the boat the next day when the weather was better, ensuring we could fully enjoy our trip to Capri. Additionally, he was very helpful in dropping us off at another port near Naples to make our way back home easier. Thank you very much, Liberato.
Liberato He was incredible with us, super attentive, kind and knows exactly what he is doing. He offered us towels and soft drinks, took photos of us, in addition to being a super friendly person, it was really a pleasant experience taking the boat ride with him. Don't hesitate to reserve it.
Fantastic experience, punctual, clean, skipper Fortunato was friendly but above all knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The seven-hour tour departed from Sorrento, Capri, and Positano (in time for lunch at the Grassi brothers' dock on Fornillo beach and a short tour of the town center), finally returning to Sorrento by 5 pm. We took a trip on the boat but on the day I discovered that it wasn't Liberato, the captain was someone else. So far calm. He was very attentive and made us feel comfortable. The only complaint was that there was no ice in the cooler. It was just water and didn't ice the drinks. I asked you to stop Buy ice it He said he had it but he didn't have it. I believe you did not understand my request. But the trip was a delight and the day was very pleasant.
