Experience was not as promised. Captain did not listen to any of our requests. He refused to move the boat any faster trying to waste time and run out our allotted time. He stopped us 10 KMS away from where we were to be picked up by the local boat to the island. Even they complained. And he went further away for drop off. He did not take us any where else. He refused to get any closer to see the whales when all boats around us went closer for a wonderful experience. Not the experience we were promised and They didn’t even have towels on the boat for us to dry off!! Ridiculous! I will definitely dispute this charge.
