The Nicols is a very nice boat, spacious, very functionally laid out, except for the table area at the bow, which was rather impractical. The 2 berths were great, ideal for 4 people, the bathroom area of each berth was also a plus. The boat itself was very clean when it was handed over. However, after 15 years, there were already clear signs of wear and tear, especially outside. The fly bridge took some getting used to and had a few defects, and these were not the only ones; the refrigerator gave off an unpleasant smell from the outside the whole time. On the first day, we also had a battery failure, but the landlord helped us quickly, so that the loss of time was limited. Despite these "minor" inconveniences, we had a very nice trip. It was very pleasant and relaxing on board, whether in the harbor or underway...
