The boat is very beautiful and spacious, but for example, the stairs leading to the rooms were missing a step, as we were a young group this didn't bother us that much, but if it had been an older person it would have been a hindrance to getting off. Another thing, the doors to the room and one of the bathrooms were locked so we couldn't access it, but we paid for the whole boat, so I had to ask them to open it and they did so even if they didn't like it. Communication was ok, but the person who said he would be at the Marina to assist me upon arrival, especially with the purchase of ice (which is usually a courtesy in other companies) passed the responsibility onto the sailor, and by the time he showed up I had already sorted everything out. I think for the price we paid, which was higher than other places, I expected better service.
