We rented a boat for 7. 4 adults and 3 children including 1 baby, First surprise on arrival the boat we had reserved is not there, it is broken down, they offer us a smaller one. We are reluctant but as we had paid in advance on the site, we make the decision to leave without being serene, after what hundreds of meters in the open sea, we realize that the boat is filling with water, in fact the boat was made for 4-5 people of average size, there were 7 of us on board, we decide to join the open sea in disaster to empty the water in the boat (video to support the water reaching the level of our shins so a good 30 cm of water on the surface of the floor) we leave women and children on the beach and return to see the rental company to discuss and drop off the boat if no solution, nothing to do, he maintains that the boat is adapted and he offers us a pump to empty the water in the boat during navigation. Results 3 liters of used gasoline for nothing and a useless rental.
Disappointed by this rental company, already not time for the meeting, then a person takes care of us to inform us that the boat we rented for 8 is apparently broken down!!! We were offered 2 small boats as replacements which were not ready to leave, we left after an hour of waiting. In the evening when we returned, the owner was there, he topped up the fuel tanks of the 2 boats with a colleague of his, when paying for the fuel consumed, he told us that we were going to have to pay for a fuel pump. hold 50€ that we would have broken, and no way to discuss, as for the very approximate quantity of gasoline in its favor which went from 13 to 19 liters for one boat and from 21 to 27 liters for the other. We paid for everything, He took us for pigeons!!! I advise you to avoid this rental company.
Everything was fine until the German one said that all things were included on board, while the Spanish one said that things were optional, which meant that there was no snorkeling equipment or fishing rods on board, unfortunately we hadn't checked that beforehand. Otherwise everything was great
