Amazing day

A special day, which turned into a bad experience at the entrance to the port, due to the bad manners and shouts, in which they received us in front of more people. With the only reason that we were sailing very close to the coast, and although the boy apologized, a person who deals with clients and acts like that I doubt that he is the best option for a charter company. We will not repeat.

Smooth transaction, friendly people all! Clear and correct communication

It is incomprehensible to me that when you work with tourists, you hire a man who only speaks Spanish. He couldn't explain to us explicitly that you get a fine of 150€ if you drive just one bay further. If he had pointed this out to us clearly and if I had been properly informed, this punishment would not have come about. He said the rules are from the company and maybe it's a "scam" we tourists are supposed to fall into so that more money can be made. They hire a man who can't explain himself properly, so we don't understand him and so they can charge €150. I didn't get my deposit of 300€ back. I will try to get it back from my bank.
