Instead we fiddle around with a small parasol that we have to hold on to all the time because of the wind. We pay almost €5000 for the ten days. I think I could expect more customer friendliness, can't you? 5. We got big duvets, even though none of us are in the habit of sleeping under a blanket with someone else. There are no couples in our group either, just four teenagers and three adults. The blankets are too big and too warm. In the end, I didn't have a duvet cover left for the duvet, nor a sheet. 6. we only got one towel per person. That's too little for ten days' rental. I think it would be fair if you refunded me 25% of the charter. Even after deducting 25%, the price would still be too high for what we got, but it would be a little bit fair.
