Amazing experience with Mauro! He was very friendly and welcoming. It would have been helpful to know in advance, prior to booking, how much gas and the stops options cost. Ended up being more expensive than the boat rental, ranging from 350 to 480 Euros, depending on what stops you choose. Not ideal to know this after booking and not being able to cancel due to cancelation fees.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with this boat rental. This was my third time booking through Click&Boat in Italy, and my previous experiences had been wonderful. In fact, our rental the week before, which cost approximately one-third of the price of this booking, was exceptional. The crew provided food and water, assisted us on and off the boat, and made the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. Unfortunately, this booking was confusing and disappointing from the very beginning. Rather than having us meet at the marina where the boat was located, we were instructed to meet at a restaurant in town. Once there, we were asked where we wanted to go, even though the booking clearly stated the planned itinerary. We were then told that fuel was not included and were quoted an additional €480 to travel to the destination described in the booking. This meant that the trip would not have taken us where we had booked unless we paid a substantial additional fee. We were asked whether we could pay in cash, which we did, but the entire situation felt extremely uncomfortable and like a shakedown. The transportation from the restaurant to the marina was also poorly organized. We were taken on Paolo bikes that could not accommodate all six members of our group, despite the company knowing the booking was for six people. As a result, the process of getting from the restaurant to the marina took more than 35 minutes, cutting significantly into the time we had paid for on the boat. When we finally arrived at the marina, boarding was difficult and unsafe. There was very little assistance, and getting onto the boat felt like “walking the plank.” The captain was not even on board because he was still back at the restaurant. We then had to move the boat out of its slip and cross the marina to refuel, taking even more time away from our trip. Although we saw some beautiful sights, we made the best of the experience because it was clear that obtaining a refund would be difficult. However, the difference between this rental and our previous, much less expensive rental could not have been more dramatic. The food arrangements were also misrepresented. We were told to bring fruit and that the company would provide the rest. In reality, there was no meaningful food provided beyond the fruit we brought ourselves. There were two bottles of wine on board, but one had already been opened and appeared to have had two glasses poured from it, possibly during a previous trip. This was not the level of hospitality or cleanliness we expected from a premium boat rental. Finally, we repeatedly asked whether the Paolo bikes would return to pick us up and take us back to our car across town. We were assured that they would, but no one came. We were left to walk back while carrying all of our belongings. Overall, this was an extremely disorganized and disappointing experience. The additional fuel charge, confusing meeting arrangements, delayed transportation, lack of assistance, reduced time on the boat, inadequate food and beverages, and failure to provide the promised return transportation made the rental feel significantly overpriced and poorly managed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this provider and would strongly encourage Click&Boat to review how this booking was handled.

Great experience, our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed the boat tour. The boat was as indicated on the site and overall condition is good. Mauro was a great host and helped by using a translation tool to communicate in English.

Mauro was friendly and very responsive and accommodated our needs, helping my mother get aboard and picking us up in our preferred location. Thank you very much for a fantastic day

Mauro has been a fantastic host from minute one all the way to the end. He made us feel extremely comfortable (4 adults and 2 kids); he was fun, entertaining and dedicated. His knowledge about the visited area was impressive, he always had the right words for the right person. The boat was in immaculate conditions and deeply cleaned. I definitely recommend him

We had an incredible day, visiting beautiful places, thanks to Mauro: he loves his homeland and while taking us to the best spots, he was also sharing with us some knowledge of the coast. Our trip wasn’t only about taking us somewhere, but making sure we were having a great time. Definitely would recommend Mauro and his boat for an unforgettable day!

Amazing experience with Mauro, the boat is great, big and comfortable. Mauro took great care of us, showing us the best spots of the area. He also was able to adapt the route based on weather condition and see condition, to allow us to have a comfortable and safe ride. We enjoyed the the day a lot, the places we visited were amazing and we had also lot of fun with Mauro him self, he is friendly and polite with the clients. Strongly recommend a trip with his boat, it was the best experience we could have
