We rented the boat and had great fun. However, we have a bad feeling about the very strange and abnormal proces of returning the boat and returning our deposit. There was 1 small pillow missing and we agreed to pay for it (all pillows hanging loose, but okay). Then we suddenly heard (after 30 minutes waiting) that we get our deposit back the next day. They also do by other clients. Also no respons, so we had to contact by ourself. After several days, without communication, you deduct 366 euro for one small pillow. You can believe, this is not the right way to treat your customers.

THE boat was announced 50hp in the ad and the search engine and after the confirmed reservation I learn that it is a 15hp, I wrote to the site but no answer, we did the day because we had planned everything but it is a real feeling of lack of seriousness of the site and the owner.
