Everything was perfect, even though we didn't speak French, Jeremy was excellent at explaining things before we left. The boat was exactly as described. We had a wonderful day!

What a wonderful day spent aboard this boat around the island of Embiez... Theo welcomed us with infectious energy and enthusiasm! He explained everything to us for half an hour, which reassured us since we didn't have a boat license. Plan a picnic on board, one or two stops at anchor, a nap, and a swim or two, and you'll have a memorable day!

The booking went smoothly. The meeting point, handover, and briefing were all top-notch. Theo was super punctual and friendly. He spoke excellent English and helped us with everything. We had a fantastic afternoon on the boat. We did a lot of cruising and anchored and snorkeled at various spots. We'd love to go again. Thank you very much!

I recommend renting this boat, which is very comfortable for a family of 2 adults with 2 children. The instructions were very clear and safety is guaranteed. The ride was very pleasant and we were able to swim at the German beach on Embiez Island.

We were warmly welcomed at the harbor by Jeremy's nephew. The briefing was excellent and in English. All our questions were answered. The boat was refueled, and we had a fantastic day. They didn't even bother to keep track of the time. It was totally relaxed. When the anchor caught, the nephew helped us via video call. I would rent the boat again anytime. Thanks again!

The owner of the boat did not respond to messages and a colleague of his showed up 1.50 hours after the agreed time. I would have given 0 stars if only Theo, his accomplice, had not come to save the situation. DO NOT TRUST HIM

We rented this boat based on the photos in the ad, which clearly showed a gazebo. Upon arrival, we found it missing, without any prior information. This discrepancy between the ad and reality surprised us, especially since no explanation was provided before departure. Not being one to leave a negative review without discussion, we chose to contact the charter company directly to express our disappointment. Our approach was sincere, with the aim of understanding what had happened. The response we received left us perplexed: "Thank you for your feedback, but I don't think anyone forced you or held you to task to set sail. Life is sometimes full of choices; you should have simply refused to set sail with a missing gazebo, which was possible." In short, it was up to us to refuse the boat, even though the photos in the ad clearly showed something else. We didn't feel any acknowledgement of the error or any willingness to find a solution, simply a shifting of blame. To add to this, the employee in charge of reception, while friendly, had received no instructions and was unfamiliar with how the boat operated or the safety regulations. We believe that an advertisement should correspond to the service offered, and that a minimum of professionalism is expected. We wanted to be understanding, but we felt it was important to share our experience.

DISHONEST ATTENTION! Boat booked for September 2024: This owner cancelled our booking at the last minute due to bad weather, he didn't even come while we were there and waiting for him. He gave us no opportunity to change or cancel our booking. We are still waiting for our refund, this person remains unreachable either by us or for the platform. Beware!
