Domenico was very helpful through messages. He was ready to help. However, he didn't make it very clear what was and wasn't included in the tour, despite asking a few times. The boat is similar to the one in the photos, but it's not the same. The crew of sailors and helpers are very kind and polite. They were ready to explain the history of each cave, help us and serve us on board. I highly recommend renting a boat, but make sure to confirm in detail beforehand.
